In early 2014, she Instagrammed throwback photos of herself to compare them with her current look, when promoting her music video for her release single “I Luh Ya Papi.” The skin tight, plunging jumpsuit she had in the video is similar to the iconic, revealing Versace dress she wore at the Grammys in 2000.

Jennifer is not shy about flaunting her lineless, spotless skin and her other ageless features. Look at the top knot she donned in the video, which looks exactly like the one she had in her 2001 appearance in “I’m Real.”

So, what is the secret to her ageless features?

At around the time of her 2014 video release, Jennifer took to Twitter to denounce claims that she had plastic surgery of any sort. With modern non-surgical treatments and other innovative beauty and skin care techniques, she may have been telling the truth.

In an interview with Allure Magazine, she mentioned her minimalist approach to beauty, stating that ‘less is more.’ Her beauty regimen is quite basic, and includes a cleanser recommended by her dermatologist because of the many years that she has worn makeup; a mild makeup remover; and a basic sunscreen-moisturiser combo. In the interview, Lopez also mentioned that she gets a lot of sleep.

It looks simple enough, but what Jennifer did not mention is that she uses medical grade moisturisers for everyday use that claims to protect against irritation and dryness, all while soothing the skin from damage caused by the elements.

In addition to the products mentioned above, it’s widely assumed that Lopez indulges in Botox injections, fillers, and microdermabrasion to keep her skin looking flawless.

Her perfectly toned body, on the other hand, is likely the result of a combination of both body sculpting procedures and help from her celebrity fitness trainer, Tracy Anderson. According to Tracy, Jennifer exercises for an hour each day and never skips working out for more than two days. Her routine comprises 30 minutes of muscular toning and 30 minutes of cardio.
